Love is Patient

Patience: noun
The capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset.

Patience is something that we started learning as children. And as grownups, it seems that we still haven’t quite conquered the concept of patience.

Every day our patience is tested, whether it’s in a small or big way. It’s how we react to these tests of patience, that show just how much we have grown. While writing this post, the Lord reminded me that I still have a lot to learn about patience.

Many times, we find ourselves waiting for our prayers to be answered, or a miracle to happen. We forget that God has a plan. That we’re on God’s time.
